Rolls-Royce, Raynesway Development Plan

The development plan shows how to do this through a programme of integrated infrastructure investments. 

The plan considers three alternative business driven scenarios and the implication of these scenarios for the future development of the estate. Prepared with Arup, the plan provides an overview of the current estate, highlighting critical constraints and the demands on the estate and making recommendations for implementation over ten years. The plan also considers potential savings achieved through adopting different working methods and the consequent opportunities offered for further use of the site. 

The plan delivers improved pedestrian movements, enhanced office accommodation, flood resilience measures, improved security and the removal of ageing office accommodation and temporary buildings. The final product is a site with potential for further development for the submarine and wider Rolls-Royce business.
