Project Overview
CPMG is appointed by Narada Hotel Group to develop a new masterplan for the Inlong resort in Jiangsu province, China. Narada is one of the Top 20 hotel groups in China with 49 hotels and 14,176 guestrooms in nine provinces and cities across the country.
The new masterplan envisions a car free site with guests arriving by car or coach at the reception building where they are greeted by resort staff before moving on to their destination using resort transport. The reception includes drop off areas, concierge and baggage handling, a restaurant and bar and office and welfare facilities for resort staff.
To the North of the building are views to the principal lake and hotel.
Project Progress
The first CPMG building, a Reception Centre, is now under construction with completion happening in Spring 2024.
