Sustainability Award win for Elizabeth Garett Anderson Building, Nottingham Science Park
We designed this 23,000sq ft office building for Nottingham City Council and are very pleased that it has now been voted sustainable development of the year 2020 at the recent Insider East Midlands Property Awards. The building was part funded by D2N2 and constructed by Willmott Dixon.
Pelham Waterside
We are delighted that this project, designed on behalf of Pelham Waterside, has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Urban Development Outside London’ category at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2021.
A mixed development of houses and apartments located on a former industrial site close to the banks of the River Trent in Nottingham, this area of the city is undergoing a transformation to primarily residential usage. The project consists of 73 new dwellings currently under construction in phase 1 and 39 further dwellings in Phase 2.
